Fine Breton Cuisine at l’Auberge du Roi Gradlon
After l’Auberge du 15, Chef Nicolas Castelet creates a second Auberge inspired by the region of legendary Gradlon King. For this fine breton cuisine’s restaurant, he needed a child in the country and is particularly associated with Chef Antoine Bertho. Trained at Atelier de Joël Robuchon, he worked previously in the kitchens of Le Sauvage in the 8th arrondissement.
