Japanese Chef Yoshitaka Ikeda takes off with Le Clos Y
The group Le Clos is the work of Japanese chef Isao Kuroiwa 黒岩功 who, after training in French cuisine alongside Jean-Michel Lorain and Gérard Besson, has created his own French restaurant in Osaka. Stating his concept with Le Clos De Kuro and Le Clos de Mariage in Japan, he has now decided to invest Paris. For the first French settlement opened in January 2014 in the 15th arrondissement, Le Clos fetched Yoshitaka Ikeda, a young japanese Chef already trained in French culinary techniques. Passed by Guilo Guilo and Taillevent kitchens, Yoshitaka Ikeda takes off with Le Clos Y.
