Gourmet Walk in Cheung Chau Island #3

Today, I propose to continue our gourmet walk through the Cheung Chau Island in Hong Kong. In the two previous articles, I’ve had the pleasure to discuss many specialties from Crispy Dumplings 酥角仔 to Sticky Rice & Mango Balls 芒果糯米糍 passing by the famous Peace Buns 平安包 so characteristic of this island .
