Hong Kong Michelin Guide 2015 – Hong Kong, a truly global gourmet dining crossroads

There are a few days, Michael Ellis, the international director of the Michelin guides, gathered at the Four Seasons the best Chefs in Hong Kong to announce the new winners of the famous red guide. It’s now 7 consecutive years Michelin distributes its legendary stars in Hong Kong and Macao Chefs while development in mainland China is still not clearly stated. As always, the Michelin said that Hong Kong is the city offering the most affordable gourmet cuisine around the world. They now go further in their analysis of the Hong Kong scene emphasizing that it’s a crossroads of gastronomic influences, it attracts international chefs and it enjoys a growing dynamic, richness and diversity. The 2015 edition is meant to be precisely the illustrator of these trends.
